Head Coach

Baylee Annis ’14 (athletics bio, opens in a new tab)

Baylee Annis ’14 is a Norwich alumna and the women’s head coach; she entered her second season in 2024–25. As a player she was a six-time national champion with 69 caps, a USA Rugby All-American, and a USA Rugby National Team member from 2012–17 (2017 World Cup selection). The program went 100–9 during her playing years, including 40–0 in 2013–14. She previously coached at American University (Capital Conference champions) and Paul Smith’s College, and holds an M.S. in Therapeutic Recreation from SUNY Cortland and USA Rugby Coaching Level 200.
